Reward Card Redemption: Will be sent a letter with redemption requirements to billing service address. Redemption required w/in 60 days from reward notification mail date. Customer must have active service in good standing for a minimum of 60 consecutive calendar days to qualify. Card delivered w/in 3-4 weeks after redemption to customers who maintain qualifying services through reward fulfillment. Card expires at month-end 6 months after issuance. AT&T Phone for Business service is provided over an Internet Protocol connection and powered by electricity. AT&T internet service is required.
